i felt like the little dinosaurs in ‘the land before time’ when they finally find the Great Valley after months of wandering and missing their parents and seeing only barren and lonely things. i used to cry as a little kid during that part of the movie and it is the same feeling to me as an adult. it’s like this awe inspiring, tear inducing, incredible feeling of home to find these places that are untouched and unseen by so many, created and constant before we were born and after we die. i just love this world so much.
